This is usually done about 15 to 20 minutes before the baking cycle is complete. Your bread machine has a timer in the control panel that shows elapsed time. Keep an eye on it for when you reach the 20 to 15 minutes mark. Check the bread after the baking cycle and either leave in the machine a little longer or remove immediately. The shaping of the bread is definitely a skill that I have only really gotten good at now, but I absolutely recommend this recipe. I bet I could braid it better the second time. Would it work if I lined the pan with parchment? It was just a bit difficult to release the cheesy bits on the pan.
